Who is PSF Collective?
PSF is a small crew of friends who are addicted to both padel and design. Our goal is simple; to create eco friendly, comfortable clothing that represents the sport we love.
Why buy from PSF Collective?
When you buy from PSF, you are making a choice to buy responsibly. You are buying a made to order item, printed just for you, in recyclable packaging all at a reasonable cost.
Why is PSF Collective so much cheaper than other brands?
This is simple; you are not paying for our overheads. We work remotely, no office, no shop, no HQ. We also skip fulfilment centres and branded packaging because we believe it's what is inside that matters.
What is you shipping policy?
Every item is made to order, so once you hit Buy Now, the item is sent to production with our tried and trusted printers. Production can take 2-4 business days (maybe longer at busy periods like christmas) and then shipping is 2-10 business days depending on where you live. We ship to the UK and EU.
What materials do you use?
At PSF we want items to not only look good but feel good and be made to last. Tee's are 100% premium cotton. Hoodies and sweatshirts are a mix of cotton and recyclrecycled polyester depending on wwhich colour item you choose.

How do PSF clothes fit?
At PSF we design for the unwind. We prioritise comfort. Hoodies and sweatshirts are true to size (we recommend upsizing for extra comfort!). Tee's are designed to be oversized with dropped shoulders so they are versatile and can be worn in many ways.
What is you returns policy for a wrong sized item?
There are size charts on all items but we do understand sometimes mistakes can happen. if you order the wrong size email us at info@psfcollective.com within 14 days of receiving the item. We will advise you wherwhere to send the item. Once we receive the item and confirm it is unworn and unwashed we will get the right size in to production for you.
Why is the packaging so plain?
At PSF we believe it's what inside that counts, and also we do our best to be kind to the planet. So we skip fulfilment centers. Items are sent direct from the printers to you (so fewer airmiles) in recyclable unbranded packaging.
How is PSF Collective "community led"?
We use this term consciously and considerately. We have a charity range where 100% of profits go to charitable causes such as cancer research and wildlife conservation. We also welcome collabs to design bespoke items for staff, teams and coaches. We have collaborated and have ongoing partnerships with clubs, teams and universities. We have changed designs based on customer feedback and we evolve organically with trends, feedback and honest conversations with out customers.
Do you do paid collaborations for UGC?
No. Simple. We send out free PR packages and post real user generated content on instagram. We want YOU to model our merch. Any photoshoots we do are with friends and local to us. No fancy photoshoots, no influencers being paid to big us up. It's all real.
Why should i sign up to your e-mail list?
At PSF we don't spam, we only give. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up so we can send you a birthday treat. We promise to not fill up your inbox with spam. Any emails we send will be with exclusive deals, discounts and drops.
Do you sell my e-mail info?
Absolutely not. We do not sell or give away our subscriber list. We respect your privacy and appreciate customers who sign up. Your data is safe with us.
