Sustainable Materials & Ethical Production
Sustainable padel clothing, made for the after-match too
PSF Collective (Padel Sans Frontières) designs sustainable padel clothing and après padel wear that works on court, on the commute, and at the post-game drinks. Think eco friendly padel t-shirts, padel hoodies, sweatshirts, and clean lifestyle layers built around comfort, durability, and lower waste.
Made-to-order, not mass-produced
We produce through print-on-demand model, so products are made only after you place an order. That helps prevent overproduction and unsold stock. Our supplier also notes that orders can ship from the closest print location in their network, helping reduce delivery distance.
Materials that matter (fit + feel + longevity)
Sustainability is pointless if the garment dies after five washes. We prioritise quality blanks and, where available in the range, organic cotton and recycled-content options for eco friendly padel apparel. Our suppliers eco-POD guidance highlights organic cotton and recycled fabrics as core lower-impact materials, and we curate toward those choices when they suit the product’s performance and hand-feel.
Printing inks: water-based, softer, and better chemistry
Most modern print-on-demand apparel uses direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which is valued for detailed prints and a softer finish because ink bonds with the fibres rather than sitting like a thick plastic layer. Printify recommends water-based inks as the best choice for eco-friendly printing.
We also pay attention to the chemistry behind the print. Kornit (a major DTG technology used widely across the industry) describes its NeoPigment ink as water-based and non-toxic.
For extra confidence, we look for suppliers and processes that reference recognised standards like OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT. ECO PASSPORT is an independent certification system for textile chemicals and colourants, tested against strict criteria to lower environmental impact.
Paper + cardboard packaging as the default
We ship using paper and cardboard packaging wherever possible: paper envelopes and cardboard boxes that are easier to recycle and less plastic-heavy. Packaging can vary by product and print partner, and Printify notes that some items may still be dispatched in poly-mailer bags for protection, but our goal stays the same: right-sized, recyclable, minimal fuss.
